The Cyprus cat is landrace of domestic cat believed to be descended from cats of Egypt or Palestine brought to Cyprus by St Helen to rid the island of snakes and vermin.
They are not afraid of people however they do not like to be touched though.

Historic Limassol
This colourful harbour town is Cyprus’s second-largest city, but at its historic heart it is a kaleidoscope of architecture, packed with reminders of the island’s chequered and multicultural past, from the Crusaders through to Venetian and Ottoman eras, to the present day. Around Limassol’s medieval core the streets are lively and bustling and authentically Cypriot in character. The best way to explore the city is on foot, and there are plenty of tranquil corners, including the lovely Municipal Gardens.

Agia Napa has the best beches in Cyprus and the best nightlife in the eastern Mediterranean – so it’s no surprise that this lively but laid-back resort has become a hedonistic legend in its own time, with a raucous and some-what infamous youthful clientele.
This headland in the south-eastern tip of Cyprus. The view is a little spoilt by radio masts but the clear water offers some of the best snorkelling in the area.
Larnaca is a city on the southern coast of Cyprus. It is the third largest city in the country, after Nicosia and Limassol. Larnaca is known for the Church of Saint Lazarus and its medieval fort. There is also he Hala Sultan Tekke which we did not go to and the Kamares Aqueduct that we passed. The day was full of attractions as we were heading to Agia Napa and Nicosia the same day !
Landing plane. There is another airport in Larnaca

Throwback to 2015 and great trip to Whitby 🙂
Whitby is a seaside town in Yorkshire, northern England, split by the River Esk. On the East Cliff, overlooking the North Sea, the ruined Gothic Whitby Abbey was Bram Stoker’s inspiration for “Dracula”. Nearby is the Church of St. Mary, reached by 199 steps. West of town is West Cliff Beach, lined with beach huts.

Albufeira is a city in south Portugal, Algarve which is quite british 😛 Wherever you go, you can hear English, there are lots of english pubs, english radio station and many adverts are in English. Albufeira is just favourite place for British holiday makers.
However, it is still Portugal !
I like the city, sea front and Archeological Museum. It was our stop place to wait for rainy clouds to go away. They finally did not go and we went sightseeing in a shower. Sea looks great in every weather anyway 😛
I loved the little streets climbing up and then going down:

Archeological Museum is small but has great exhibition of history of Albufeira and lovely paintings/photographs of the city changing over the years.
Worth to visit ! Admission just 1 Euro.
We visit Brighton quite often as it is a place where we met and had nice time 🙂
I love the beach, atmosphere and architecture of this city.
Let me show you my best documentary shots ever 😉
The Royal Pavilion is an exotic palace in the centre of Brighton with a colourful history. Built as a seaside pleasure palace for King George IV, this historic house mixes Regency grandeur with the visual style of India and China.

Praia dos Careanos is the third beach we have visited. It is located on west from Praia da Rocha and Praia dos Tres Castelos in Portimao, Algarve. Rocks there conceal secret caves, chambers and passageways.

Beachy Head is my favourite place on the South coast. Chalk cliffs of Seven Sisters are magical in every season.
Those pictures have been taken on New Years Day in 2014, on a very stormy day.
A few shots fom Eastbourne 🙂
